Open access of scientific papers improves dissemination of scientific information by making available without subscription and/or price barriers the published materials in the journal that can be re-used without permission from the publish-house or the authors as long as a correct citation to the original publication is given. All published materials including data, tables, pictures, graphics, and supplements, in Journal of Oral & Facial Pain and Headache can be linked from external sources, indexed by database and scanned by search engines, re-used by anyone free of charge under the condition of correct citation to the original publication.
